Hi friends,
Clementine’s is growing, which means we recently installed bigger, better equipment at our production facility so we can make even more ice cream for you.
To make that happen, we had to pause ice cream production for three weeks during installation. As our team works hard to rebuild inventory, you may notice that some of our signature flavors are temporarily out of stock at your favorite parlor.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we catch up. In the meantime, we hope you will sample something new. You may find your next favorite flavor.

Clementine arrived in Brazil just as Carnival was coming alive. Somewhere in the whirl of color and parades, she found brigadeiro: Brazil's beloved chocolate truffle rolled in sprinkles.

Made in collaboration with Markham & Fitz Chocolate Makers, their bean-to-bar chocolate (60% Colombia) paris with our cow-to-cone ice cream for our version of stracciatella.

Crème Brûlée
Our dear Clementine traveled to Paris to earn her hard-knocks culinary education and, along the way, discovered the magic of burnt sugar. Rich French vanilla custard meets a golden swirl of crunchy caramelized sugar inspired by the classic crème brûlées served in Parisian cafés.

Heritage Mint Chip
Cool spearmint and peppermint with dark chocolate flakes for added flavor and texture.

Mango Lassi
India greeted Clementine with warm air, vivid colors, and the scent of spices drifting through crowded markets. On the dance floor at a wedding, she cooled off with a mango lassi: ripe, golden mango blended with tangy yogurt and served ice cold.

After a long day exploring ancient Egyptian ruins, Clementine ended her meal with a beloved bread pudding. Her dairy-free take folds date syrup-soaked golden raisins and walnuts into spiced, buttery coconut ice cream.
