Clementine’s Zero Waste

Grandma always said, “Waste not, want not,” and we take that advice seriously at Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Creamery. After all, we are all eating ice cream on the one and only planet we have.

We’ve got a duty to be kind to our environment and our animals so that there’s plenty of fresh air and clean water to go around for generations to come.

Saying Yes to Less

As part of our commitment to zero waste, Clementine’s is dedicated to serving our hand-churned ice cream in cups and with flatware that won’t pile up in a landfill. We use biodegradable cups, and our spoons and napkins are compostable.

Second Chances

It’s tough to have no waste at all, but when we do, we recycle. Anything we can do to avoid wasting materials and natural resources is a priority at Clementine’s. Eliminating the energy use needed to make and transport new products is a step we take to be mindful of our impact on the earth.

After all, less waste means fewer landfills. Fewer landfills means more trees, more clean waterways, and more happy, healthy cows. More happy cows means more delicious ice cream! It’s all part of the Clementine’s circle of life.

It’s About the Journey

Zero waste is about creating a world in which there is no trash. Ideally, every bit of waste we create would make its way back into the system to be repurposed and reused. Zero waste is our dream—and it’s our goal.

At Clementine’s Creamery, we’re doing all we can to be kind to our planet and everything on it.
We try hard to provide practical and eco-friendly alternatives in everything we do.

After all, sometimes we’re naughty, but we’re always nice too.
