We’re A Little Thia-Ed To This Flavor
Just in case you haven’t noticed, we’re incredibly influenced by the rich tapestry of flavors that make up this amazing city. We’re lucky to live in one of the best places to eat (number 5 to be exact) and around just about every corner is the inspiration for our next fantastic flavor. With that comes a customer base who expects for us to blend the best of what these cultures have to offer. Last year, we introduced quite a few Southeast Asian flavors, with Thai Tea making one of the biggest splashes. Due to popular demand, Thai Tea has made its triumphant return to our rails.
For those who aren’t familiar with the popular drink, Thai Tea is typically made from strongly brewed Ceylon tea, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar. In Thai restaurants, it is served in a tall glass, but when sold from street and market stalls in Thailand it may be poured over the crushed ice in a plastic bag or tall plastic cups. It may also be made into a frappé at some vendors.
Sounds delicious, right!? This amazing combination of flavors made the transition to one of our decadent desserts a no-brainer. Our tantalizing Thai Tea blends in-house cold brewed Thai tea with a hint of annatto into a creamy concoction. Fans and soon-to-be-fans of our Thai Tea rejoice as this flavor hit the rails on January 8th. We look forward to seeing you all here soon.
