Clementine’s is St. Louis’ first microcreamery. We handcraft small batch ice creams and sorbets, incorporating some of St. Louis’ favorite local ingredients to serve our local community. Clementine’s firmly believes in supporting our communities. From the LGBTQ+ and vegan communities, to local farmers and their happy cows, we are committed to fostering kind interactions with all and spreading the love one scoop at a time. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of their parlor location, ensuring sales performance, excellent customer service and effective staff management. By leading through example and coaching Scooper behaviors, they ensure our customers have a meaningful experience in our scoop parlors. Parlor managers are responsible for building community and making us the destination of choice. They promote creativity and inclusion and treat their customers and teams with respect and kindness.

Seeking part-time Ice Cream Scoopers to work in Clementine’s parlors, serving up our decadent ice creams. Join our retail team and guide the customer experience by creating beautiful ice cream cones, sundaes and floats.

Production team member creating Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding the company's high manufacturing and food safety and sanitation standards.

Research and Development Chef
The R&D Chef is responsible for innovation and sourcing of comparable ingredients, research and development of new ice cream flavors and inclusions, and all competition submissions. Responsible for the R&D process of New Flavor Development until the handoff to production is complete. This position will collaborate with the CEO, General Manager of Production, and Marketing on development, flavor concepts, and execution.
