For this year’s Feast of Saint Patrick (a.k.a. St. Patrick’s Day), we at Clementine’s have created a trio (because what’s luckier than three… other than four as in a four-leaf clover?) of deliciousness to celebrate the heritage and culture of Earth’s twentieth-largest island.

Top o’ the Mornin’
While no Irish person has uttered this expression in almost two centuries, we are confident of the authenticity and relevance of Irish coffee, our inspiration for this delicious flavor. A snort of Jameson and a wee dram of Bailey’s are melded with our Decadent Coffee base to make this frozen treat an eye-opener regardless of the time of day!
Green Vanilla
The color green is a point of pride for all people who share Irish ancestry, identity, and culture. We pay homage by coloring our Madagascar Vanilla with the naturally occurring algae, spirulina… a green so naturally beautiful so as to make the Chicago River… well… green with envy.
Wild Irish Oats
We love oats. Irish oats. Granola. Oatmeal cookies. We deconstructed our family’s favorite oatmeal cookie recipe and blended all the ingredients (oat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves) into our decadent dairy base. We seeded our homemade “wild granola” (flaxseed meal, hemp seed, sliced almond, apple, craisin) throughout to create something sublimely oatier-than-thou.
