The hits just keep on coming from our amazing kitchens here at Clementine’s Creamery®. We’re fresh off the flavor drops we did at the end of October, but we’re already gearing up for Thanksgiving at our scoop shops! This time around, we’re proud to be reintroducing a pie-inspired fan-favorite and highlighting our collaboration with Rebel Yell Bourbon. We’re sure you’ll love both and they couldn’t have come at a better time of year with Thanksgiving right around the corner. Both signature scoops feature infusions, spices, or mix-ins that show up in just about any Thanksgiving celebration. So, without further ado, we give you…drum roll, please…….Cinnamon Apple Pie and Maple Bourbon with Salted Candied Pecans!
The return of Cinnamon Apple Pie has definitely put a smile on all of our faces and we’re confident that once you try it again (or for the first time), you’ll add it to your list of things to be thankful for. We’ve sourced some of the most incredible cinnamon in the world to craft the ice cream that envelops our fresh, flaky, scratch-made apple pie crumbles. This Vietnamese cinnamon is the strongest, richest, and sweetest cinnamon around and not only does it lend a wonderful color to the ice cream but it also packs an amazing amount of flavor. It’s certainly not overwhelming but rather delivers a warming sensation as the scoops melt effortlessly in your mouth. Next up, we have naughty flavor re-drop for you to sink your spoons into, Maple Bourbon with Salted Candied Pecans. Now, let’s be honest, guys, is it really a Thanksgiving celebration without a little boozy ice cream? We didn’t think so. So, we thought it would be the perfect time of year to bring back this boozy favorite! Maple Bourbon features our luscious vanilla ice cream blended with sweet maple syrup, balanced out by the spiciness of Rebel Yell Bourbon and topped off with a dash of sea salt and our salted candied pecans swirled throughout. Is your mouth watering? Don’t worry, ours are too. Enjoy this one before the turkey, after the turkey, heck, even during the turkey. Just be sure that that one uncle, you know the one, doesn’t have too many scoops. Heck, you can even order it online and send a few pints straight to the host’s door.
