Gingerbread Love & S’mores are back.
The howl of a chilling breeze, warm sipping chocolate, gingerbread, carols and warming up by the bonfire during a skate at Steinberg or roasting marshmallows over a fire after sledding at Art Hill. These are all signs winter is here in St. Louis. Another sign: Clementine’s dropping our classic Gingerbread Love and new seasonal favorite, S’mores.
Ever since we opened back in 2015, Gingerbread Love was in our flavor banks as a staple holiday flavor. Loaded with chunks of chocolate-covered gingerbread cookie, this handmade holiday treat is sure to please with plenty of festive flavors as they blend with our gingerbread base. It’s the perfect balance of sugar, spice, and everything nice. If you have yet to try our Gingerbread Love, it’s sure to be one of your new favorite things.
Lining the rail right alongside our Gingerbread Love will be our latest holiday classic, S’mores. It’s like a campfire in a pint. The star of this creamy concoction has to be our scratch made S’mores bars (which will be sold soon in our scoop shops due to popular demand). These palate-pleasing beauties are created with chocolate covered graham cracker topped with toasted marshmallow. Then, we pair it with a dense, creamy marshmallow ice cream to create what some ice cream critics have called “divine.”
Both of these delightful flavors will be available at both of our scoop shops beginning on Tuesday, December 4th. Be sure to grab a few pints to make your holiday parties a bit more festive and we hope they become a tradition for you for years to come.
