At Clementine’s, we have a dedicated Research and Development Chef who works constantly to develop innovative, delicious ice cream flavors. We offer myriad seasonal flavors, so you always have a surprise waiting for you at the scoop shops. Check out the list below of ice creams that started as seasonal and holiday favorites for us.
Vegan Tahini Chocolate Chip: We wanted this flavor to be reminiscent of homemade cookie dough. We opted for dark chocolate flecks in tahini ice cream to elevate that traditional dessert. Tahini is like the peanut butter of the Middle East with a nutty, slightly earthy taste that mingles dreamily with our gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream base. Our customers loved Vegan Tahini Chocolate Chip so much that we had no option other than making it a signature flavor.
Missouri Mud: Our celebration of the state bicentennial was this milk chocolate ice cream sprinkled with dark chocolate candies from Missouri-based chocolatiers.
Coquito: In Puerto Rico, the Coquito is the cocktail of the Christmas season. It combines spiced rum, coconut milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg; we blend it into our sweet cream base. We released this flavor in the winter of 2016, and it became a favorite Naughty flavor for the holiday season.
S’Mores: Shared just in time for fall campfires, our S’Mores flavor is comprised of marshmallow ice cream with homemade bars made with a buttery graham cracker crust, dark chocolate brownie, and a crown of golden, toasted marshmallow.
Vegan Sugar Cookie with Sprinkles: dreamy dairy-free coconut milk with pieces of fresh baked sugar cookies.
Hot Chocolate: French cocoa mix with a dash of vanilla and tiny marshmallows swirl throughout this chocolate delight.
Red Velvet Cupcake: An ice cream with a tangy cream cheese base, red velvet cake, and a hot fudge swirl. This flavor was the first installment of our “Hidden Dessert” series, in which we hid an entire dessert (a cupcake) into a pint of ice cream!
Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake: Creamy cookie butter ice cream, cinnamon cookie crusts, strawberries, and a delightful tart finish.
Boozy Banana Rum: Brown butter pecan ice cream infused with spiced rum, butterscotch caramel sauce and roasted bananas seasoned with Vietnamese cinnamon and brown sugar.
