Grab Your Passport, We're Going International for Ice Cream

Some people are meant to be on the move.
Clementine was one of them.
Our apocryphal founder was a strong-willed, smart-as-hell Southern belle who rebelled against her finishing-school roots to pursue a hard-knocks culinary education of her own. She landed in Paris with a restless heart and an appetite that could not be satisfied by the familiar.
Paris was only the beginning. Clementine packed her bags, followed her appetite, and set out across the world in search of inspiration. With a spoon always at the ready, she remained steadfast in her belief that a good dessert could tell you more about a place than any guidebook ever could.
What follows is the story of her travels, told through the flavors, places and dessert daydreams she carried home: from the bistros of France to the markets of India, from the ancient wonders of Egypt to the wild joy of Brazil.
Creme Brûlée
Our Crème Brûlée ice cream starts with rich French vanilla custard. It folds in crunchy caramelized sugar bits for a golden, crackly finish reminiscent of Clementine's unforgettable birthday above the lights of Paris.
Om Ali
Our dairy-free Om Ali ice cream begins with a spiced coconut base, then adds candied walnuts and date-syrup-soaked golden raisins. It is a rich, textured interpretation of the family recipe Clementine learned to make during her time in Cairo.
Mango Lassi
Our Mango Lassi ice cream begins with a smooth mango yogurt base. Ripe mango brings bright sweetness, while the yogurt adds the signature tang that kept Clementine returning to drink stalls throughout her stay in India.
Brigadeiro
Our Brigadeiro ice cream begins with sweet chocolate ice cream, then adds ribbons of fudge and chocolate sprinkles for a playful interpretation of the beloved Brazilian truffle that inspired Clementine during Carnaval.
