Parlor Manager
Our Parlor Managers exemplify the magic that is The Clementine’s experience. By leading through example and coaching Scooper behaviors, they ensure our customers have a meaningful experience in our parlors. Parlor managers are responsible for building community and making us the destination of choice. They promote creativity and inclusion and treat their customers and teams with respect and kindness.
Purveyor of Yum (Ice Cream Scooper)
Seeking part-time Ice Cream Scoopers to work in Clementine’s scoop shops, serving up our decadent ice creams. Join our retail team and guide the customer experience by creating beautiful ice cream cones, sundaes and floats.
Event Catering Member (contract)
The Event Catering Member supports our events team with catering throughout the metro St Louis area. Our caterers are responsible for getting to the event, setting up at the appropriate time, serving ice cream while providing the high level of customer service, and cleaning up at the conclusion of the event.
PRODUCTION FACILITY
Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a highly organized member of the Quality Control team. This position is responsible for managing supplier information, ingredient specification sheets, nutritional labeling (software and labeling supply inventory) and supporting the Quality Control and R&D team on new flavor development, scale-ups and food safety programs.
Customer Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator is the primary contact for physical and online operations for our customers to nurture the relationship by identifying the short and long-term needs to ensure positive customer experiences. This position will develop and implement customer service procedures to field questions, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience. Is also the liaison with the warehouse to ensure deliveries are processed timely and accurately.
Ice Cream Producer
Seeking full-time Ice Cream Producers to join our team and create Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts.
Fulfillment Driver
The Fulfillment Driver is a warehouse team member that works in our production warehouse to deliver Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts to both internal and external customers while upholding the company’s high manufacturing and customer service standards.
