Cold-Brewed and blended in house at Clementine’s Creamery, this Thai tea ice cream is a vacation for your taste buds, destined to transport you to beautiful Southeast Asia. The creation of this ice cream flavor was also a collaboration with Hiro Asian Kitchen (one of our favorite restaurants), aiding in the authenticity of flavor. Feeling adventurous? We suggest topping the Thai Tea with Salted, Candied pecans and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey to add a little spice to your exotic adventure.
EVERYTHING BUT BACON
A friendly nod to a former employee of Clementine’s, Everything BUT Bacon was created by Dan Bacon (yes, his last name is that majestic). This delectable treat is laden with milk chocolate decadence blended with house-made fudgey brownie chunks and ribbons of creamy honey-sweetened peanut butter which will put you in a milk chocolate peanut butter heaven. If you want to push the flavor envelope even further, why not invite candied bacon and some fresh honey whipped cream to this party?
Though completely different, these two flavors certainly stand on their own, supporting Clementine’s aim to appeal to different tastes and preferences with unique flavor combinations.
