Clementine’s is St. Louis’ first microcreamery. We handcraft small batch ice creams and sorbets, incorporating some of St. Louis’ favorite local ingredients to serve our local community. Clementine’s firmly believes in supporting our communities. From the LGBTQ+ and vegan communities, to local farmers and their happy cows, we are committed to fostering kind interactions with all and spreading the love one scoop at a time. Parlor managers are responsible for building community and making us the destination of choice. They promote creativity and inclusion and treat their customers and teams with respect and kindness.

Seeking Ice Cream Producers to join our Production Team to create Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts.

Quality Assurance Specialist
The specialist will manage supplier information, ingredient specification sheets, nutritional labeling and support the Quality Control and R&D team on new flavor development, scale-ups and food safety programs. This position is responsible for inspecting and/or testing products before, during, and after the production process to ensure that products align with company and legal standards ensuring the safety of Clementine’s decadent ice creams and sorbets.
